What Kind of Pride is Leading?

There are two kinds of pride. One kind that gives us satisfaction from our hard work, our accomplishments and of serving others. And the other kind of pride that is ego-driven and only concerned with oneself. We can typically see clearly which type of pride someone else displays, but can we clearly see it in ourselves? Which type of pride do you lead with and why?
